Corporate Consulting and Financial Literacy Programs

Be the hero your organization needs. Encourage financial literacy programs. Financial literacy shapes strong people. Strong people make strong organizations.

A critical part of building better teams, companies, and communities starts with individuals understanding money and how to make good financial decisions.

Your employees rely on you for skills training that will help elevate them. And help them elevate you.

Studies show that two-thirds of adults are unable to successfully answer a short financial literacy quiz. DSS Consulting will consult with you to assess your company’s critical needs. We offer financial literacy programming for corporate teams, helping to shape the base of any successful firm: empowered employees.

You can empower them with programs that deliver financial decision-making skills. Skills that keep their minds free of the financial worries that, statistically, so many of your employees suffer from today. Skills that help keep their focus on your company so they can do their job better. Better decision-making. Stronger commitment. Our programs are hands-on, interactive and engaging. Your employees will never be bored.

Understanding money is not intuitive. And it isn’t dependent on how much someone has. Knowing how to make smart financial decisions is a learned skill.

As a business executive, you want employees who are engaged and committed to work, while they're at work. Worrying about how to save, spend, budget and invest for the future can take a toll on employees’ focus, rendering them less productive and unhappier at work. Studies suggest that workplace programs on financial literacy can have a significant impact, not only in helping your employees for their future, but also in ensuring that future is with you. Are you ready to empower your employees? We cover topics critical to financial success. Contact us for details and pricing.

DISCLAIMERs

DSS Consulting recognizes there are two key concerns you may have as an employer when you offer financial literacy programs. A fear of lawsuits from employees who didn’t get competent financial advice and the employees’ concern about privacy. We want you to know we share your concerns. That’s why we don’t advise client accounts, accept any type of fiduciary receipt of their money, and do not get paid other than to provide educational programs. There are never attempts to convince attendees to buy or sell a particular investment.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise share attendee or company information to any outside vendor. Workbooks that attendees receive are for their own personal use and no attempt is made to collect personal information, other than for the purposes of offering a monthly newsletter with general topics and articles relating to money and financial literacy. That information is collected electronically, on an opt-in basis only.

Outside experts who participate in the Executive programs may offer their services to attendees, but only if the contact is initiated by the employee. Outside experts are professionals who might potentially be engaged to work independently with your executives.

Each employee participant receives our written promise stipulating the above.
